Interactive
training takes many forms

"Luck, that's where preparation and opportunity meet" is a phrase
attributed to famed football coach, Vince Lombardi. This applies
particularly to the HiTech field where lifelong training/education
is a must to remain technically viable and ready for job
opportunities that come along.
Choosing the right form of interactive training is important, and
certain requirements are imperative in any effective training
package. Some of the things you should look for include easy access,
low cost, availability of peer group discussions, mentoring from
instructors/experts, sound educational models, constant questioning
and feedback, immediate responses and access to leading-edge
content.
Interactive education has undergone a major revolution in quality
and breadth of offerings in the last decade. With the advances that
have been made, online education can meet the needs of both
individual learners and larger enterprises. But interactive
education's roots are in videos (taped lectures interspersed with
demonstrations), which are still being offered by many companies....
