Hall of Fame The CIPS Hall of Fame was created in 1997 to honour those people who have made an outstanding contribution to the Canadian Information Processing Society and the Canadian IT Profession as a whole. This is a first class group of individuals and corporations who must be recognized for all of the extra time, energy and commitment they have devoted to their profession. Stephen Ibaraki was inducted and honoured at the Annual INFORMATICS Conference as the recipient of the Gary Hadford CIPS Award of Achievement.
